Geek Squad refuses to honor protection plans that are active when you drop off your device if the service technician procrastinates with diagnosis. This is contrary to their own Plan Terms and conditions which state "the laptop is covered by Best Buy Protection for up to 24 months if your membership remains active for that entire period." DO NOT GO HERE!!! No one there knows how to do their job for real, they just know how to make money for geek squad. I went in TWICE for a broken back and front screen. First time $433 2nd time $594, same worker. Yall are scammers. They told me “ you have to replace the whole phone and Apple doesn’t cover it because I changed my screen to a non Apple product” that’s a lie pls go to your phone service provider before you go to them.
