Always a pleasant experience dealing with the folks at geek squad they generally try their best to help People out and get their problem solved. I think that anybody who left a poor review here just needs to take into consideration that geek squad does not provide you with your device or your cell phone service. All they can do is utilize whatever tools are put at their disposal by the companies that actually make and manufacture your devices. I was gaming this past sunday and had taken a break. When I came back. My pc was off. I troubleshooted for about two hours and figure it was one of several issues. I could not get through by phone but figured I’d swing by with my pc and try my chances. I met with the sales associate, he too was an avid gamer. We spoke on the issues I had. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! They went above and beyond for me to get an IPhone battery replaced. I had been disappointed by another company at 34th St and Archer Road and the Squad came thru. Huge shoutout to the manager for Best Buy who also helped me by checking the availability of a battery for my phone. Additionally they finished the work an hour and a half early! Thank you everyone. C

Completely useless, took my AirPods in to get diagnostics on repair, they ran one said it was right AirPod replaced it, get AirPods back still don’t work wrong diagnostic , so now they send to Apple says it’ll take 4 days then i can come get them, 5 days later still don’t have them no call or email to let me know the need to take a few more days, at this point the amount of money I spent driving to this Best Buy I should’ve jus bought more

Let me save you some time and frustration: avoid this Geek Squad location if you value your time, money, or your devices. My recent experience was nothing short of a disaster. From poor communication to what appears to be a botched repair that ruined my phone entirely. To start, the staff here seem inexperienced and overwhelmed.
