Don't buy the "total care protection" guarantee/warranty on anything you buy. It used to be that handled personally and empathically. OH NO NOT ANYMORE! After you go thru 10 questions to get them on the phone it is a long wait. Importantly, they go over and over what is happening, they want you to work on it They then told me I would have to bring it in the store. I came in with a reservation for an iPhone screen repair. I called the number for the store and spoke to a rep at a call center, who assured me that they do same-day repairs on iPhone displays. When I got to the counter to check in, there was no one there to talk to, so I waited.
