I walked in for a failed SSD, hoping that there was something that could be done about a warranty. I was a little worried when the tv estimate said a technician wouldn't be ready for 90 minutes, but someone helped me right away. Even though the website states walkins are welcome, I was not allowed past welcome desk. I have had a paid membership for a few years now and have always been pleased..until today. Being told my computer would fix itself is unacceptable. No more membership for this gal.
The customer service representative was knowledgeable, personable and efficient.
Their customer service absolutely sucks and they love to waste your time. I brought my iPhone here for speaker repairs after a long diagnostic process, they told me they needed to order parts and I would need to bring it back in for the repair. They told me they would call me when the parts were in. They never called me, after almost 2 weeks I decided to call them. “ oh yeah we have them” (nice to know).
