They dont truly know what theyre talking about I knew more going in there, they also lie to not have to help you and try to get you out the second you get there. The only thing they did while I was there was sit behind the counter and talk about not helping us. Very Unhelpful.
Done messed my computer up. I try to login to wedsites it get redirected. I got 2 and 3 accounts on that website. I'm mad cause they can't fix what they messed up.
Extremely in need of new management ASAP. These people can not do simple day to day operations. The key to running any kind of business is communications. Wife dropped computer off yesterday to be looked at. Received an email & TEXT to pick up computer today . Scheduled a time to pick it up. Took off of work early to pick up. Got to best buy and was told that they will have to ship computer off and don't know when it will return. I dont have a problem with that.
