Unfortunately I'm not able to assign zero stars. I am out of the country and my husband's new phone arrived. I sent him to Geek Squad thinking they could set up his new Samsung Galaxy. When he arrived there was one person working with a line full of people. Despite the fact that he had scheduled an appointment, the employee would not allow him to talk or show the detailed instructions i sent him with. Carlos and his team were very helpful!! Saved my office employees a lot of grief!
I would’ve left zero stars if I could. Do not recommend. They locked my mother phone up and she doesn’t even stay in this state. They left her with no sense of direction 🥺
