I gave them my busted up laptop that needed for school in one month. They PROMISED i would have it fixed by then because i had the warranty. They mail it back to me a couple weeks later and it still doesn't work. It looks fixed but still damaged internally. When is somebody going to answer the phone? Most of you guys are standing around in the store giggling it up. I've called 4 times during normal hours......no answer. Fail.
