Promised my computer back in a week and it took triple that amount of time. No customer service and horrible online services with zero updates when asked.
If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for installation today, waiting 2 weeks because I needed a Saturday installation. Today, I am called an hour after my appointment that I won't be able to have an install because my purchase is not in store. I am also told I will not be able to have installation or pick up my purchase until after the holidays. Called the "customer service" number and have and have been transferred 5 times. They read a script. Completely useless.

I asked Geek Squad how much it will cost to replace a broken glass in my IPAD the store said $60.00, but when my husband took it to Geek Squad they was going to charge him $160.00. They are so unorganized I made a appointment for Saturday I called they said no appointment made. The ones I talked to either don't understand English or they are unorganized
