They did solve my computer 🖥️ Issue.
I was having trouble getting my iPhone to charge; guy cleaned out charging port quickly & didn’t even charge me! (I did leave a tip.) Be was very polite and friendly. I also asked about some computer issues I would definitely return!.
Would not let me talk to someone in that actual store and would not even give me an estimate of the cost just told me I had to schedule an appointment.
Battle Creek Geek Squad Rocks!!! Management is GREAT!!!! They make you feel valued, and they actually help!
