I had a terrible experience with the Geek Squad and I do not recommend going there at all. I went in because the apple support team sent me there to fix my cracked screen. I went in one Saturday and they deemed it not fixable and needed to get a new phone. I bought it through them, took them a week to get it in. Better than 2100s
Preston was absolutely fantastic today. We took in my daughter's laptop that had some water damage. Preston smtook time to check everything on the red laptop, got it running and made sure we were good to go, and didn't even charge us. Best service I've seen in a long time by any company.
