Noah Starr and Lynne South with Geek Squad at the Jordan Landing location were the biggest help with us today and with recovering our files on our Hp All in One Computer! They showed us how to do back ups, one drive, and showed us what to do in the future! They were spectacular and very professional! We enjoyed working with them and appreciate all their help!! I visited the Best Buy at Jordan Landing to take my laptop to the Geek Squad, and all the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Tyrone (or possibly Tyron ) for their excellent service. Great team over there!
Went to buy a hearing aid and they had only two of the worst ones in stock. Asked if they had scissors to open the batteries to test in store after purchase for elderly grandmother, and they had none. And you wonder why Best Buy is going to be bankrupt by 2026 lol…. Such a mystery.
Bingham is the Man! He was holding down the fort by himself. Serving multiple customers at the same time. He diagnosed and repaired my computer in less than 20min. I will definitely be coming back here for future computer issues.
I took my computer into the geek squad at Best buy and they fixed it for free.
