Don't bother requesting repairs on anything if you did not buy a protection plan from Best Buy. They will not fix it. Unless it is a computer or laptop, their repair service on things not bought through Best Buy is non-existent. Will not be buying from them again anytime soon.
Can’t call this place, if you try they will lie and tell you it’s them however it’s just a call center that doesn’t speak English, even using extention they won’t answer the phone.
David Wallace at Best Buy Geek Squad in Walker/Alpine did an amazing job installing my new dashboard camera! He is a master at his craft! A big thanks to Mr. Green for being a great point of contact for me, he has excellent customer service skills! Go see this team at Best Buy!
