I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Geek Squad and especially with Anthony. I purchased a computer just last week along with a Microsoft key, but when I went in for help, not only was I not assisted, but I was treated with a lack of compassion and understanding. Collin Rhodes at the Walker store in Michigan was very helpful and understanding. He helped my husband with his phone and answered all of his questions and concerns. Thanks Geek Squad!
Don't bother requesting repairs on anything if you did not buy a protection plan from Best Buy. They will not fix it. Unless it is a computer or laptop, their repair service on things not bought through Best Buy is non-existent. Will not be buying from them again anytime soon.
Can’t call this place, if you try they will lie and tell you it’s them however it’s just a call center that doesn’t speak English, even using extention they won’t answer the phone.
