Absolute jerks! I believe his name was Tyler. Had a question about a sound bar and before they could even finish the question he said “oh I don’t know anything about sound bars but what’s your question”. Nobody in the store was friendly and all of them looked like they couldn’t wait to be off work. AWFUL experience for the second time now at this location. All other locations seem to be a huge step up from this one.
Worst services ever they said they would call me back after 30-1hr and never did it’s been 5 hours now don’t recommend

Worst customer service ever! Brought my iPhone in for a new battery And after about two hours they told me my phone would not turn on that the battery they installed was possibly defective. I asked them to put my old battery back in then and said that was against their policy. So i then asked them to get another new battery And they said they didn’t have any.
