Clearly the employees do NOT want to talk to customers. The phone system will not put you through to anyone. The store had just opened and they still say no one is available. After a while it gets tired of letting you hold, so it hangs up on you. Here we go again!!! I can only assume the employees are no better than their best phone system. Hang up now and go to another store with REAL customer service.

The only thing worse than incompetence is dishonest incompetence. My sister took her Chromebook into this location a month or so back because the machine wouldn’t boot. The Geek Squad (who I will now be referring to as the Lying Morons) told her that she needed a new motherboard. I know this to be their go-to answer for anything they can’t figure out. “It’s the motherboard, bruh.
