I had an excellent experience with the Geed Squad on the West Side of Madison. I brought in my laptop, which had frozen during a driver update. They promptly fixed the issue, and I left a very happy customer! I'll definitely use them again in the future.
Absolutely terrible "service"
The customer service representative was very helpful. The problem is that their fraud protection needs to be stepped up. I was scammed by an employee who said they were setting up a technician to come fix a dryer. They asked for the payment to schedule the visit( I should’ve known better) they never scheduled to visit, the money came out of my account, but apparently was never received by the geek squad or Best Buy.
