If you have an issue they give you a 1800 number in India to call… after being hung up on multiple times they finally tell you that you need to go back into the store… only to be told to call the India support team again. What am I paying for Geek Squad Protection Plan for? Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and that’s putting it lightly. Do NOT buy a cell phone from Best Buy. Go to Amazon or your carrier. Lesson learned. And judging by the amount of negative reviews I am certainly not alone.
The geek squad on the West Side is soo awesome! I am especially thankful for Anthony for such amazing work, perfect!!
I had an excellent experience with the Geed Squad on the West Side of Madison. I brought in my laptop, which had frozen during a driver update. They promptly fixed the issue, and I left a very happy customer! I'll definitely use them again in the future.
