I bought a Sony tv from Best Buy in 2019 it was a 2018 model for around 3200.00 dollars , My tv quit working a couple days ago and wanted them to do the repair on it, since it was a 75 inch I wanted them to repair it at my home or at the least come pick it up and repair it. Did a quick and thorough job only thing preventing 5 is they didn't seem to have it all together but still really good
Repair lasted less than a week, went back in and wasn't offered any kind of discount. They were going to charge the full price for same repair again. Customer service wasn't very friendly.
Very unpleased with in store service. Dropped my pc off to have a new operating system installed. The manager is who I did the transaction with. He talked me into buying the tech membership and didn’t even give me a receipt with a service number. Went back to the store three days later and turns out he didn’t even input any information into the computer regarding the order.
