Hello. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think people should know what they’re getting into. I brought my new two month old laptop to Geek Squad because I was locked out. They informed me that I could pay for a membership, which would cover the cost of fixing the issue. Battery replaced, but screen left misaligned. I had the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro replaced here. After the repair, the screen was not flush with the frame along the charging-port side—there was a visible gap. I went back the same day; the engineer and staff acknowledged the issue but asked me to return the next day as they were closing.
