Sold me the wrong cord and Christian from customer service was absolutely zero help
Clueless. Replaced my nephew’s laptop fans, broke the daughter IO card in the process, refused to fix it. Tried to make him sign paperwork saying the repair was satisfactory. If you’ve got a Dell that is out of warranty, just go online and do the Dell repair service. It would have been faster and cheaper if we’d just gone with Dell support in the first place.

I had excellent service at Best Buy by Mateo Martin,the geek squad worker there!! He was friendly and a clean nice man who did his job and did it well!! I was impressed. He did it and now my phone is totally awesome. I have to have my phone working and I hate it when it breaks down like that!! I use it for navigation and I just feel better having it with me and working properly!!! Good job done and really preciated!!!
