They took my computer for 5 weeks and I had to pay 90 up front, when they gave it back, not a single thing changed and they said they couldn't fix it. They didn't even try. This is the worst service I've ever received in my lifetime.
We had the pleasure of having Justin from Geek Squad. He was very patient, very polite and helpful. It was not an easy or quick fix but he managed to get it all done with a smile. Will definetly recommend for future services. Thank you so much for your help Justin!
Geek Squad was super helpful with us and was able to repair many of the issues that I created. I'm very grateful to the guys here at the DeKalb store for all the installations, the parts suggestions, and the help they provided with cleaning up the files with my botched attempts to transfer files. Big thanks to them and what they do.
Told me they wouldn’t be able to fix the screen on my phone and that I should just buy a new one. I ended up going somewhere else and got my phone fixed perfectly and for cheap. These people lie!! I left crying thinking my phone was done for and it was all a lie!!
I am incredibly happy and impressed with the Geek Squad in DeKalb! Both service techs were friendly and professional from the get go! I ended up having Dom help me and he was incredibly nice, explained everything in detail, and was up front about everything from the beginning. When he told me they weren't able to fix my hard drive in house he gave me my options and was very efficient! Definitely one of the best technical support visits I've ever had!
