TERRIBLE!!!!! This location is an approved Apple repair center. Brought an iPhone in for repair on Monday and was told it would be completed Thursday by the latest. I have literally been calling everyday since Thursday and nothing. Now here we are the following Monday and it is STILL NOT completed!!! Take your Apple Devices straight to Apple, not here!! They are TERRIBLE!!!
Scheduled a Frame TV install back in January at my home in Punta Gorda, flew down from Indianapolis (over a month later) to oversee the install (to make sure the right artwork was installed on the TV) and these bozos tell me the night before (8 pm) they are cancelling because they don’t have anyone with the "skill set needed" to do my install. Gave me my money back, said “sorry” and that was it.
Terrible service spent a hour on this got hung up 3 times just terrible
