Let me start off by saying we spent 7 hours there. So when I give a five star review you know I saw it all. I walked in with a white display and a giant crack on the back of my phone. My phone was in an inch of water when I found it. We got in the car went to Verizon, they didn’t help. Randomly went to best buy. Checked in to geek squad. After Jarian came up with his ideas it turned on! I was able to get all of my photos and the important parts off my phone. Jarian was so great, helpful and knowledgeable.
Major problems with this location. They said the fixed my beats ear buds. Turns out they were returned unrepaired. Thankfully Apple took care of geek squads mistakes.
Terrible your automotive audio staff put self tappers in to my car without my knowledge for a ground that you simply could have achieved by attaching it to a my strut tower and the least you all could have done was put the self tapper into the back of one of the carpet panel to so that why it would be hidden and informed me of this action and then to which you didn't even hook up the backup camera fully because every labeled wire you could have got wrong for it you got wrong and then your tech told me they could figure out w... read more
Spent 20 minutes on phone going around and around with automated system. Waste of my time.
