Geek Squad at the Smokey Point Best Buy is TOPS!!!! Agent Jay helped my dad get his computer up and running in just a few minutes. When we arrived, there was no line and we were helped quickly. My dad is 85 and blind, his computer has a lot of vision aids installed - so getting it fixed quickly was very appreciated. Thank you Jay for your exceptional service!!!
I wonder how CEO of Best Buy CEO Corie Barry feels about the horrible rating her company consistently receives. I know this as I just spent over an hour trying to reach a manager after the television install we scheduled for our 85 year old parents did not show up. I first spent 35 minutes trying to reschedule with someone with zero compassion and offered a date 10 days out. I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager, Ha! I knew that wouldn't happen. These guys we're so helpful. I'm totally impressed. Recently I needed Cellphone repair. After calling around, I went to Geek Squad in Smokey Point. They fixed my phone fast, and for less than i was quoted anywhere else. They were also so knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend!
