Purchased my ps5 from Best Buy at launch. Due to the warranty naturally running out they refused a simple cleaning service. Again offered to pay extra, TO SOMOLY CLEAN IT. Guarantee I will never buy something from here again. Why support a group that borderline spits in your face for supporting them. Buying from Best Buy isn’t enough. Don’t recommend. Extremely unhelpful and rude.
