When my laptop was invaded by a scam entity and seemingly frozen, I rushed it over to the Geek Squad without the usual appointment. "Bob" fixed me up quickly. He did the same last year. I'm a senior with limited digital skills. I appreciate their patience and quick response.
they weren't geeky enough to fix my things. i would request that you become even geekier to fix it because the geniuses at the apple bar knew how to fix my phone but the geeks just don't know how to do it i guess
Excellent service
Never again, these folks are noisy, they look at every document that you have even though they were only supposed to clear out a virus. Do not use them, you will regret it!
