Was referred by T-Mobile only to find that they don’t even work on Samsung phones. They only work on apple products.

I had an AppleCare claim for both sides being broken on my iPhone. They held my phone for 24 hours, and when I came back, it was still broken. They stripped the screws on my phone and said it was prior damage, but it’s brand new and it isn’t fixed. I’m going back to Apple.
