I had an AppleCare claim for both sides being broken on my iPhone. They held my phone for 24 hours, and when I came back, it was still broken. They stripped the screws on my phone and said it was prior damage, but it’s brand new and it isn’t fixed. I’m going back to Apple.

You can't trust what you're told on the phone: Called to ask if they could pull a file off a CD. The person on the phone said it was no problem and could be done quickly and would only cost about $20. I drove 20 miles to the store to find out they couldn't, and don't offer any form of CD recovery. The people who answer the phones for them are apparently contacted out from some remote location and don't know what services individual stores provide.

Dropped my grandsons working computer off to have windows installed that’s it. Was told it would be $99. After 7 days we were told it was ready to be picked up. We went to pick it up and were told that the mother board was fried. Dropped off a working computer and picked up a computer that no longer works at all. How does that happen?? For pick up gave me a guy that was very nice and helped me reload my documents but I think he was new because he had to ask others for help. I travel to use Geek Squad so I was a bit anxious to get back on the road. Thought just a simple pick up, show me a couple of things and go. My pick up and go took more than 30 minutes. Nice employees though.
