Geek Squad is a SCAM and a JOKE.. if you enjoy standing in line waiting for 1 employee to help several than this is the place for you. One would think having an appointment or pickup would move faster but it doesnt. The prices for anything is absurdly overcharge for the simplest things and have a reputation of taking advantage of elderly. Support local places who actually care. I had to wait over 2 hours just for a pick up at this location for my daughter's IPad.

The summary is, I worked with the Geek Squad for 3 hours with no resolution and a lady in my office fixed the problem in 30 seconds!! You can see details below. I purchased a new laptop computer from Best Buy which I am very happy with. However, I work in an office usually a few hours two days a month just to run reports. I would like to inform anyone who goes to this place I work at Ben mim's IT solutions in rusk Texas I recently received a customer today that went to geek squad today and try to charge him $175 to upgrade to Windows 11 and told him it was no longer free and fact when does 11 is free upgrade The only thing I charge for is 1 hour of labor....
