I bought beat headphones in May and i took them in bc the right ear piece went dead. I went back to pick them up and was told they replaced them. The ones i got have both ear pieces warped; the ones i took in were in better condition bc i rarely used them.
Horrible customer service. I brought a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra in with a cracked back glass where the wrist sensor is. He said "We don't work on Samsung." And I asked where I can go to get it fixed and he grabs it, looks and tosses it in the counter and says "Just buy a new one, Samsung will tell you the same thing." I contacted Samsung and had it fixed for about $150. Do not use this place.

Geek Squad is a SCAM and a JOKE.. if you enjoy standing in line waiting for 1 employee to help several than this is the place for you. One would think having an appointment or pickup would move faster but it doesnt. The prices for anything is absurdly overcharge for the simplest things and have a reputation of taking advantage of elderly. Support local places who actually care. I had to wait over 2 hours just for a pick up at this location for my daughter's IPad.
