Bad service – took money but didn’t do anything! I am very disappointed with Best Buy’s Geek Squad service. I took my laptop in for repair, but they returned it without doing any work and took my full money back! Not only that, but when I asked a question, they had no answer. These people just make excuses to get money and don’t provide real service. THESE SERVICES ARE CHEATERS – I will never go back to this place!
Literally impossible to get ahold of local best buy members. Geek squad called me about an issue with my PC they are working on, gave me an extension to call back. Called the local number and was sent to a call center overseas with no ability to speak locally. 0 stars warranted if possible.
WORST Customer Service around, have to spend 10 minutes with robotic call center to have to provide life story just trying to get a price for a cell phone repair
