I’ve taken my gaming PC to this squad to have them fix my BSOD. They’ve worked tirelessly and efficiently on it. I appreciate them. I’ll be coming back and trust them with my equipment.
Scheduled an appointment to get a remote start installed about a month ago. I schedule everything at work so I can leave early, I drive 40 minutes to my appointment and turns out, they didn't they didn't even order the parts. They tell me I have to schedule another appointment to get it installed. I'm not at the mad at the employee or anything. Everything was set up through their website and their call center. I'm just kind of upset. I received at least 4 reminders prior to my appointment and everything.
