I worked with Harrison Carter to resolve an issue with my Dell Pro 13 Plus. He listened to understand the problem and worked quickly to resolve. I am very impressed with his technical and customer service skills!
This place is extremely shady. Burned $200 on useless batteries for my laptop that THEY told me to order and I couldn’t even get an appointment after because their system was down. And when I called them to tell them they were giving misinformation all they said was “that was weird”. Useless. Go to ubreakifix on 70 south. No appointment needed, they ordered the part, was done in a day. The staff at ubreak will always get you right and never try and rip you off. It should always be that easy
