Ed, Geek Squad at this location, is amazing! Excellent help, knowledgeable, customer-focused, enthusiastic, and very friendly. We really appreciate his work. The other three employees that ignored us when we walked up -- with NO other customers around -- are pretty useless and do not reflect well on Best Buy or Geek Squad.
Waited over 30 minutes just to be greeted with terrible customer service and a lack of information and patience
Honestly this is the worst Best Buy and geek squad I’ve been to. But Narine from geek squad and Danny from Best Buy single handedly turned the experience around. Those two are rad! Sucks they have to hold the whole store on their shoulders but I’m glad they were there.
