Horrible, He had to Google search if a Dell Inspiron 16” 7640 can be upgraded to a 2TB ssd. He didn’t even know. He also didn’t know if a upgrade would ruin a warranty. He said “Well that’s a gray area.” How embarrassing. Wasted $179 for them to be confused and not know direct questions.
I brought my Xbox 360 in with overheating problem. The technician told me he wasn't able to work on "old" tech, refused to even look at it...
The gatekeepers on the phone answering service sent me elsewhere.
I had a malware on my PC. The non geek staff could not identify software that would remove malware. Three of them consulted with each other then sent me to the geek squad. I want to the geek squad and the quoted me an Over priced computer geek squad for removal of the malware. I took my business elsewhere. I took my business elsewhere.
