Never delt with Geek Squad before till this week. I'm old and tired of not knowing why tech is so confusing sometimes to me. After dealing with Agent Abby T I felt like I'm ready to deal what is next while being the old dummy person. Thnx to Abby she was able to fix the issue and educate me of the mistakes I made. It was a great change of pace.
I had a geek squad person come to my house our son bought 4 Samsung TVs and two of them don’t work Ithe geek said call me and I did and he failed to call back I want them replaced as the two have never worked right I tried to get ahold of a Samsung representative and all I got was an AI voice with no re spines I’m now filing a complaint with better business bureau
Clearly, customer service doesn't matter anymore.I go in there to find it in a clown suit.Professional communications should be top priority in any business . Would anyone be comfortable with a surgeon dressed in a wig, heals, and drag makeup before making a decision? These people need to learn professionalism in society.
