We been trying to get our phone fixed for 2wks now and they had to order the parts than told us to schedule for Saturday than we went in and they told us no tech comes in on the weekends. Its Friday and tech left at 5pm when the appointment schedule for 720pm. Bad customer service!
LOCALLY answer the phone, LINCOLN!
