Very disappointed in the service I received here. I am not tech savvy and I came to geek squad for help with my phone. The lady who helped me two different times was very unprofessional and rushed me both times. She did not solve any of my issues. I do not recommend coming here.
RUN, FORREST RUN! Took my computer to them last Monday. Paid $200 for 1 year maintenence plan. They were supposed to restore my downloads, virus scan & removal,update, speed up response. Picked up my computer Saturday. Technician Travis, who bragged that he had 200 hrs of training could not locate my downloads. Computer still VERY slow, still freezes up. In other words, its still exactly the same as before I brought it to them. DO NOT waste your time & money. THEY SUCK.

I never make reviews but felt inclined to let everyone know if you come here do not expect to be helped at all and also expect the so called customer service to be beyond awful.
