I had a horrible experience with the geek squad at the store. They are slow I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. The guy didn’t come out until 45 minutes later and ask me can I help you and ask before it was another gentleman before me they all honor no #Warranty Horrible experience I will be making sure I tell everyone do not get no warranty at this store or do not shop at the store
So expensive for pc repairs. I can buy another computer Instead for less.
Charles was exceptionally helpful and was able to fix my laptop quite quickly. He was knowledgeable, polite and personable. We were shocked when he said there was no charge for the service. He was helpful and got us on our way quickly. We will always use Best Buy in the future for our electronics needs.
Geek squad is a joke. I made an appointment in the store to have my phone battery replaced the following day. When I arrived, I was told the battery was out of stock. I would have to leave my phone with them before they would order the battery. What was the point in making an appointment? Waste of time.
For about 3 weeks I've had nothing but some kind of notifications. No matter how quick I delete it. It came right back on. It was so aggravating. Anyway, I came here and met up with an agent from the geek squad named Nicholas. Great guy, very knowledgeable and very professional. Had me done in less than 10 minutes. That's from start to finish and now I have no more of those. Annoying notifications from that site. Thank you again, NICHOLAS
