I Scheduled my appointment three times already for them to come with my TV and TV mount is very unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend geek squad to bring your electronics to your home because they take forever and they don’t ring the doorbells to notify somebody that geek squad is there.
Walked in and was helped immediately and the gentleman was very nice.
The manager of GEEK SQUAD made me wait while he was training people. He didn't say come back, make an appt or that he would take some time with the 2 Geek Squad techs. So 3 Geek Squad techs were all tied up with trainingwhii ibwaited indefinitely. I just wanted advice on a laptop. I went back after I purchased a laptop and the husky tech with crew cut and ponytail was unprofessional, arrogant and rude.
