The manager of GEEK SQUAD made me wait while he was training people. He didn't say come back, make an appt or that he would take some time with the 2 Geek Squad techs. So 3 Geek Squad techs were all tied up with trainingwhii ibwaited indefinitely. I just wanted advice on a laptop. I went back after I purchased a laptop and the husky tech with crew cut and ponytail was unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Absolutely useless. Went there for help with my cell phone. The girl working tried to help or get info for what I needed. The guy didn't even turn around. when he finally did because i asked again, it was as if I was bothering him. If you need help, Don't waste your time at this location.
