No real costumer support after installation. You will have so many hoops to jump through just to try and get a technician out to even look at what the issue is that it just isn't worth it.
Geek squad says he will search any TV no matter where you buy it from on their site but you go there talk to them. They refuse to fix it unless you buy it from them.
There is no way to call and speak to a store representative, you can only speak to someone located in a call center.
Had Emily who was able to help me solve an issue with my coverage for my broke Iphone where i was under the understanding that i had full coverage. She also explained the process of the replacement and suggested different cover plans for my next device i get. She was great and was so patient with answering all my questions. She was awesome and her customer service is through the charts. Highly recommend coming to this location!
Great please to go for questions. Have helped me several times. Being able to get apple phones fixed here is great saves time going all the way to Des Moines. The staff is nice and happy to help.
