Absolutely MADDENING automated phone system! If you want to infuriate your customers before they ever actually talk to a human being, this is exactly how it's done. I gave up and hung up. Once again, your stupid phone system has caused me to go elsewhere.
We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. No real costumer support after installation. You will have so many hoops to jump through just to try and get a technician out to even look at what the issue is that it just isn't worth it.
Geek squad says he will search any TV no matter where you buy it from on their site but you go there talk to them. They refuse to fix it unless you buy it from them.
There is no way to call and speak to a store representative, you can only speak to someone located in a call center.
