Highly unprofessional, arrogant and incompetent. Our service was cancelled multiple times but marked as complete.
I went over to the geek squad to get some photos transferred from 2 phones to a thumb drive. The process took a while , but the agent was patient and figured out the problems. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was very knowledgeable. I've purchased a membership. At first the sticker shock kinda got me , but knowing that I have protection for my devices for a whole year is a very good thing.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Not happy with inaccurate repair order outcome. Can’t believe a 3 year old laptop with minor liquid damage cannot be repaired due to “lack of parts”. Failed to correct major issue of hard drive recovery on first try. Going to try local corner store repair shop. If they can’t fix, fair enough.
The staff is friendly and if they don’t have the product that you want, they will show you other options available in products that will function the same or better. And they usually find an alternative. They are knowledgeable and have a lot of patience too.
