Shout out to the wonderful young men who helped me twice with some obscure issues! They were helpful, courteous, and didn't treat me like an idiot because I'm a 50+ woman. We had intelligent conversations about what might be going on with my computer, and at no point was I made to feel stupid or incapable. I've never had a bad experience at our Best Buy in Martinsburg, and now I can sing the praises of their Geek Squad too. Thank you!
They will deceive you into subscription. The didn't provide the service requested, deceived, burnt my hard drive, and after talking and referred to 4 different agents, they refused to refund and brushed the issues under the carpet
Good company just can’t tell if anyone is Apple certified
Thay said over the phone with a price that thay could fix my phone but when I got there I wanted 10 minutes 😒 only to find out thay only fix iPhone what the heck 😑
