If I had the option to give this place in general zero stars out of 5 I 100% would give them 0. The manager Bryan was completely rude, not friendly, and his representation of his customer service skills are 0. This manager should be fired not only for his poor customer service skills, but also for lieing and providing false information. Apple had us take our iPad to Geek Squad in Huntington, WV for help with getting it to charge. Geek squad told us there was no damage to the iPad, that it was likely firmware or the port and that they needed to send it to Apple to repair. I have the paperwork stating there was no damage at drop off. But now, Apple is saying there is and we need to pay $350 due to “damage”/ the iPad being bent.
