I did not sign up for Geek Squad and I want the subscription cancelled. And if I have been charged, I want a refund.
Do not take your cell phone or tablets here unless it's already under warranty by them. They are 2 to 3 times more expensive than any cell repair location close by
14 month old washer. We have the total Best Buy coverage. Called the geek squad on what is the local number- but not. You are talking to someone in a foreign country. Was asked for 79.99$ fee. Was told they’d call in 24 hours — no calls. No show. No nothing. Called to cancel and get a refund. This took an act of congress. Worst service ever. Still working on this 1 year old washer -Maytag. May just junk it but something else and never get one at Best Buy again. I don’t feel the Best Buy total coverage is worth a dime.
I wish I had read the store reviews before making a reservation with Geek Squad.
