I tried getting questions answered about my TV for a repair. They literally wouldn't even talk to me unless I gave them my full name (which I did) and my email and phone number (which I didn't). I literally hung up on the representative because they wouldn't continue without that information, FOR A QUOTE! Canceled our appointment. Will definitely use them in the future if we have more problems with lap top.
