Huge shoutout to Kyle at Geek Squad! He came out and installed a mesh Wi-Fi system in my home, and the difference is incredible. My internet is now lightning fast in every room—no more dead zones or slow spots. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He even walked me through how it all works before he left.
I arrived and brought my phone in for a repair. I told the rep I needed to leave in a hour. After going back and fourth 40 minutes later she didn’t have me checked in and I had to go. She seemed to not know what she was doing. There were two other reps coming in and out and no other customers there. Very poor service, the place I got my phone repaired at had the diagnostic done in 15 minutes.
Um If installation of thermal paste is needed just a heads up alot of cleanup after is needed lts they got it all over the circuit board covering pins

I tried getting questions answered about my TV for a repair. They literally wouldn't even talk to me unless I gave them my full name (which I did) and my email and phone number (which I didn't). I literally hung up on the representative because they wouldn't continue without that information, FOR A QUOTE!
