Horrible appointment system and you’ll definitely be told the wrong diagnosis or that you need to send in your iPhone when you don’t. The other reviews about other locations doing things this one won’t are unfortunately true.
Brought my iPhone in for warrant repair and they said my phone didn’t qualify. Told me I would have to pay $329 to fix my phone. Left and went to the Best Buy in McAllen and they took care of my issue and it cost me $0.

Email states to bring email or id ; showed email & still was asked for id . I’m glad I got a diagnoses of what was wrong with my phone at another store because they wanted to over charge me & not even diagnose the device . Since my device is 2013 any battery issue is covered by Apple . Since my phone battery was completely damaged I didn’t have to pay to repair . I had a small crack on back so paid 29 $ because I have coverage. But they wanted to charge me 99$ for accidental damage without checking diagnoses . Horrible . Fir... read more
