I has an appointment today for a computer issue. Got an appointment on same day which was great. Mike a Geek Squad member helped us. He was genuinely nice understood our issues and repaired the problem right away. He was very understanding of our senior mentality or dinosaur ways on how to use computers. Just want to give him a VG REVIEW!!!!
Total rip off, $200 upfront came out 2 weeks later & couldn’t do computer repair. Would not recommend.
Eli went above and beyond for us today! Answered ours questions and provided us with outstanding customer service. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable!!
