I hope you never need to call the store for info or support from the Geek Squad. I dialed the local store's phone number, but it just forwards you to an 800 line with folks that I truly tried my best to understand. After three agents, even when I could cut through the accent, they were no help. Just advised me to drive into the store for an answer. They are worker's when working on computers
Hard to follow time they will visit..give u a 12 hr window,,then never call day before,,THEN day of appointment, they called saying between 7 and 1130 am THEN at 1230,they call and said our guy had an emergency call and would be out tmmw!!! Wth..its a geek squad, there should be more than one person, and we went past best buy and saw 3 geek squad vans!!! Grrrrrrrr
Employee sold me a laptop that underperforms. I told the team member exactly what I needed and when I installed the applications they crashed. I also purchases a warranty plan when the employee told me it covered everything but of course it didn't. I called geek squad whom said they couldn't help and made an instore appointment.
