I had them install a 4 channel amp, a new head unit, and all new door speakers. The install guys were rude and unprofessional. Before leaving I tested the speakers and they sounded awful. 10 times worse than my stock speakers. So bad I couldn’t even listen to it. I went and asked the guy if they were supposed to sound like that. He instantly blamed me because I turned the volume up and messed with the radios EQ (both of which I had done after already hearing how terrible it was). Awful just Awful can't get anyone on the phone
Horrible customer service, it is impossible to get someone on phone. The phone rang relentlessly and finally someone answered and attempted to transfer me, and then hang up. I was never able to talk to anyone regarding my appointment to get dash cam installed. Winded up canceling my appointment online. Can't trust them doing quality work when customer service is so bad!
Did a fantastic job on fixing my phone screen and I got it back the same day within 2 hours. Definitely will be coming here again if need be. Only odd thing is that you cant get ahold of them directly all calls seem to be sent through a call center.
