Absolute nightmare of an experience with the Geek Squad here. I brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement, and when I came back, they told me they had broken the screen. To their credit they covered it, but things completely unraveled from there. They told me it would take 1 to 2 hours and that they would call me when it was ready. Worst experience ever. The customer service young man was so rude and unprofessional. Attended to all customers at same time but solved nothing non of their problems.
I should’ve posted this years ago and I’m truly sorry I didn’t but here it goes: Today Geek Squad came to my home and as always did a truly amazing job they are so awesome !! I’ve had them out here before and I’ve never been disappointed. So I’m sending my appreciation and hugs to Geek Squad.
I had them install a 4 channel amp, a new head unit, and all new door speakers. The install guys were rude and unprofessional. Before leaving I tested the speakers and they sounded awful. 10 times worse than my stock speakers. So bad I couldn’t even listen to it. I went and asked the guy if they were supposed to sound like that. He instantly blamed me because I turned the volume up and messed with the radios EQ (both of which I had done after already hearing how terrible it was).
