Kasem was amazing! Best service we have gotten here and the food while average the atmosphere and service made up for it! I'm so glad we were able to go here since typically they have a longer wait time! Definitely made my family's day last week.

Don't bother coming here for computer repairs. They are either going to charge you to ship it for someone to look at it, which they didn't find anything wrong, yet my laptop still won't turn on. Or tell you to take it to another shop in Tuscaloosa since they know what they are doing rather than the staff at Best Buy, apparently. I feel like you shouldn't advertise consultations as free if it takes so many hoops to jump through to even get someone to look at it. Brought my laptop in for a blue screen issue. Picked it up and suddenly the laptop wouldn’t work without being plugged in, and the blue screen came back anyway. I brought it back immediately and they told me the battery was already like that. It absolutely was not. Took it to Technigo and he found the lost screw - pressed against the battery, and the terminals were damaged as a result.
