Was sent here by apple care to get my iPhone fixed. The phone was shutting down, restarting uncontrollably and the back was cracked. The line to talk to the employees was chaotic, couldn’t tell if there even was a line or it was people who had already been seen but were waiting for their device. have called 3 times, took 20 minutes just to get to the store phone, and then sat for another 20 minutes and never got an answer. Terrible customer service while in store as well.

Willie, Quinton and Ashton all eagerly helped to resolve our computer issues. They found the problem quickly and we were able to get it corrected. They helped us get connected with other devices as well. They advised us on how to reconnect everything once we got it home Everything worked great. Thanks to you it was much easier.
