Geek squad will say anything not to fix a phone because of laziness.
Apparently you have to be a “member” now. Called before I brought it in, was not purchased from Best Buy and they knew that. Got a call today that a manager wouldn’t let them try to fix it because it wasn’t purchased there under their warranty. What’s the point ?!?
Was sent here by apple to get my Intel computer unlocked. They don't have the tools skill or knowledge to do this.
