Apparently you have to be a “member” now. Called before I brought it in, was not purchased from Best Buy and they knew that. Got a call today that a manager wouldn’t let them try to fix it because it wasn’t purchased there under their warranty. What’s the point ?!?

Was sent here by apple care to get my iPhone fixed. The phone was shutting down, restarting uncontrollably and the back was cracked. The line to talk to the employees was chaotic, couldn’t tell if there even was a line or it was people who had already been seen but were waiting for their device. After 10 minutes they finally acknowledged I was there just to immediately tell me they “couldn’t “ fix my phone, then changed it to “ well we can fix it but it will take 3-7 business days” .
