We were the victims of a phishing scam just before Christmas. A fake website with a fake geek squad phone number. The next day we took the laptop involved to the Richfield Best Buy. They could not have been more responsive. The door greeter immediately got both the store manager and the regional manager involved. They heard our story and involved the site manager for Geek Squad.
