This was a terrible experience. I drove over an hour because this was the closest Best Buy. The guy literally look at my laptop and say they can’t do nothing for it for it having charging problems. He called my laptop a tablet, even though its not detachable is still price that 1000 to buy it, I have a Windows surface laptop. Terrible they don’t help with anything
these guys are joke.
Busted my screen Was told but mobile to go to geek squad. Talked to geek squad over the phone was told to come in so they can look at it and give me a price. Drive 30 minutes there dude looks at it asked if I had a warranty through best buy and there was nothing they can do because i didn't buy it there and they guy they have that works on phone can't work on a galaxy they would have to send it to indy. They can't handle a little snow!!! Worst company ever!! They were at my home & refused to get out in the snow!!! Pathetic!!!! Run away fast!!!
