I brought in a brand-new PC that I built myself because it was having BIOS issues. The “technicians” plugged it in, spent maybe three minutes in the BIOS, then looked at me and said, “I don’t know what’s wrong.” He then suggested I leave it for two weeks so they could “fix” it—for $200. I decided to take it back home, disassembled it myself, and got it working just fine. 👍
They are the worst, Dan is very dismissive and was rushing to talk to me because he was going on lunch. I should off figure it was gonna go bad when the lady in front off me left talking shit about him.

The worker insisted that I have a Surface Book and I had correct him 3 times, that my device is a Surface Laptop. He said that since it was Surface Book, there was nothing they could do. He was talking to me like I was getting it wrong about my own device lol. 3 stars because he recommended me somewhere else to take it which I plan to do tomorrow
