Worst customer service ever. Not only did they loss my PC that was there to be fixed, they avoided the situation, as if it didn't happen theu them. The staffs there showed poor communication, good at avoiding the customer with an issue, no accommodating, no resolution to the situation caused by Best Buys sevice rep Doner, who beganthis nonsense & poor store management, David for lack of customer service. The only person there was Nick, who at least tried to help resolve.
Bought tv at Best Buy and paid for Geek Squad to deliver and hook up. given the date and time frame, 7am -7pm. waited for 12 hours and no one showed up and not even a phone call. the next day got a call about how I liked the service and tv and I will leave it to your imagination as to what I said. and no one could give a S---.
Very fast, and friendly service. Had my laptop RAM upgraded in less than a hour.
No restroom for customer just porta johns
