Scheduled an appointment four days in advance for an iPhone battery replacement. Pretty simple. Subsequently planned the entire day around not having my phone for a few hours and making subsequent appointments where I did not need a phone. Received a phone call just a few hours before my scheduled appointment saying there, Apple technician was off today. Josh took the time and attention to make sure I could connect my laptop to the wifi and printer, also gave some advice and even worked around my other appointments that day. I’d hire him again and suggest everyone do so as well, thanks so much
Had my laptop checked for possible virus, malware & general cleanup on a Saturday & it was finished & ready for pickup the next day. Jack Medved was my Consultation Agent. I had no wait and Jack was so very pleasant, most knowledgeable & respectful. Upon pickup, Jack took the time to explain everything to me & never rushed me. I definitely recommend the Geek Squad located in the Best Buy in Cranberry, Pa.
