The customer service I received was exceptional. They took the time to listen to the full details of the issue I was having with my computer. They made sound recommendations and did not try to push allot of extra items that I was not looking to get. They were very polite and strongly desired to help me fix my issues.
Great experience with Chris and Chris from the Geek Squad! They came and set up our tv and sound bar with no hassle at all, and even made friends with our Cat! We highly recommend Geek Squad for all your tech needs!
I am so pleased with the support I received with my computer. I spoke with 3 different technicians during my adventure of learning "not to click". I had Malware and several other things wrong with my computer. They were professional, and did not make me feel like a "BOOMER". My computer is fixed and I am happy!
Complete waste of my time. I didn't buy my switch from best buy. I got it at Walmart. They didn't even bring it back to check it. They just told me to take it somewhere else
