I have a protection plan and this store did not want to fix or replace my computer monitor. There is no crack nothing and they claiming the screen fell been that there is not even one scratch any there
Brought my custom built pc in that needed some repairs and they fixed within a day. They were super nice and got the job done. I brought it in to them and would recommend you do the same
They suck! They don't finish a job completely and make you wait a week to come finish it. Just find a real repairman....
