They don’t answer the phone when they have your property in their store for repair
Not happy with the service at all. I brought in a laptop with battery that would not charge (but previously a best buy employee googled and told me necessary information to buy from Amazon) They told me I needed a new hard drive that would be either $60, $70 or $90. I agreed to $90, the kid starts hitting me up for a $250 deal that's good for 1 year or a "one time fix" for $150. I chose the $150, paid $158. 38 after tax.
