Visit the "Musical Instrument" department! There's not much I can really say about this Best Buy. The sales staff overall is mainly high schoolers and college students - with that being said, they DO NOT have much knowledge of their products. Problems With Service As it stands right now, my lap top has been in their 'shop' for 7 weeks....with a different story each time I call. I have spoken with 2 different managers, and countless Geek Squad personnel, and have received the runaround every time. I only had my laptop for 9 mos before I started having problems, and they refuse to resolve the issue for me. I completely recommend that you avoid this store, unless, of course, you trust that they won't do the same thing to you....
In Store Pickup I agree with previous reviews that the sales associates are not knowledgable for the most part. Since I have normally researched the heck out of a product before purchasing it, I just use in-store pickup. It's a mixed bag since Best Buy doesn't seem to "use" the in-store pickup line that they have set up near the door. You can stand at the head of the line for a while and they will just ignore you, so you have to stand in the regular customer service line which can be quite long.
Decent As far as the choices go, there is a wide range of things-- this is a good sized Best Buy, with a LOT of stuff. However, the sales associates are a little less than helpful. They are good at coming up and greeting, but beyond that they take their time and do a lot of running around before actually getting an answer back, if I get one back at all. Great products/selection - poor customer service If you are looking for a good selection of electronics/CDs/computers this is a great place to go. However, if you have any questions, don't waste your time on the salespeople. Most of them are in high school - so their expertise is pretty limited.
