I should have trusted the ratings. I booked and paid for a Wi-Fi and gadget installation 5 days in advance, received an email confirmation for Monday (7 AM - 7 PM window), and cleared my work schedule to wait for them To be safe, I called twice during the day to confirm. Both times, customer service assured me the tech was coming. At 5:30 PM, with still no sign of anyone, I called a third time. I scheduled the geek squad to install a TV mount and they sent me Caleb G and Geovany. They said the TV mount I bought was not going to work. Thank goodness they carry extra TV mounts with them just in case and backup situations. The TV mount turned out to be better and cost less. They did a great job.

Called on the phone to ask a question. The main GS operator was helpful and put in a message for the local branch to call me back. They never called, and I went elsewhere to get my assistance.
