Very Unsatisfied! Contacted Best Buy in Branson to get a 55 inch Smart TV purchased there installed by the Geek Squad. Was told that I had to call Geek Squad to make the appointment. Called the Geek Squad and was connected to an Asian rep overseas who said I had to pay the $200 fee up front and it would be a week before they could set it up. The day of set up at 5 pm, I called to see when they were coming, only to find that the whole thing was untrue. Came here on Sunday around 12:30pm (07/07/2024) to do a simple battery replacement and they guaranteed us to have it completed by sunday evening. We had no update and had to come in ourselves to find out it wasn’t going to be done until Monday mid afternoon. Then on Monday they called us after waiting in the store for 2 hours to tell us they broke the screen when replacing the battery and it won’t turn on anymore. It was a long wait because there was only one guy but he worked hard at getting everyone taken care of and had the patience of a saint. Good people

Avoid interaction with best buy. I had a terrible experience with them. When I needed a problem resolved, it was a spider web of problems.
